Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Last updated: September 2026

This site (MedicGLP, operated by Hadassa Pimentel Alves Bianchi Barroso) is an information and comparison service and does not sell goods directly. A purchase contract is concluded solely between you and the relevant supplier of the product shown.

Withdrawal with the supplier

Your purchase is subject to the supplier's withdrawal and returns policy. Consumers in the UK and EU generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason; the exact terms appear in the supplier's withdrawal information on its order and payment page.

Exercising your right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact the supplier you ordered from directly. Contact and return details are in your order confirmation.
